How this Ice Fishing almanac handles data

Introduction

This policy describes how btm bremer trend marketing GmbH (“we”) treat information on faywor.com. The site is an editorial almanac of App Store listings. It does not host applications and does not create user accounts.

Information We Collect

We do not run a membership database. If you write to [email protected] or use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you send, plus whatever your mail client attaches. Server logs on the host may record IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and uptime.

How We Use It

Mail is used to answer corrections and questions about listings. Logs are used to keep the site up and to investigate abuse. We do not sell this information.

Data Security

Transport is HTTPS. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Keep that in mind before sending anything you would not put in an ordinary email.

Third-Party Services

Links leave this site for Apple’s App Store and, if you load fonts, Google Fonts. Those services have their own policies. We do not control them. This site is not affiliated with Apple or with the developers of the listed apps.

Cookies

The only first-party mark this page writes is a localStorage key named fwAlmanacMark. It remembers that you closed the cookie note. It is not an advertising identifier. The Cookies control in the footer shows the note again. We do not set that mark until you press the button.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask what we hold about you, ask for deletion, or object to processing. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also contact your local supervisory authority.

Children's Privacy

This desk is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The listed apps carry their own age ratings on the App Store (4+ or 9+ as printed on each card).

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated text will appear on this URL with a new date in the sentence below.
