How an Ice Fishing session starts on these four

I cannot demonstrate the apps on this domain. The loops below are what the App Store descriptions claim. If a step is not on the card, it is not here.

Ice Fishing Derby 2 — days, heat, and a weigh-in

  1. The listing describes three ways onto the ice: Free Fishing, Open Derbies, and Pro Derbies.
  2. Open derbies run as five-day events with limited shop credit and basic gear at the start of each event.
  3. You buy tackle, pick water, and try to work up to larger fish before the derby ends.
  4. Body heat and money are named as things you manage. I have not timed a session myself on this desk; that sentence is the store’s, not a stopwatch of mine.

Ice Fishing Derby Premium — five days that get colder

  1. Each day starts at a bait shop.
  2. The forecast on day one is described as decent; later days get colder.
  3. Species named on the card: bluegills, crappie, perch, walleyes, northern pike.
  4. Cash at the weigh-in pays for shelter and a heater. The listing warns you may not “survive” the tournament without them — that is their wording, not mine.

Pro Pilkki 2 — walk the lake, then argue with the lure

  1. The free trial, per the listing, opens 16 lakes, practice, single-player competition, and local records.
  2. The full version (in-app, $4.99 on the card) claims 40 lakes, network multiplayer, more lures, rods, baits, drills, seasons, and times of day.
  3. There is no tutorial called out on the store page. Several public ratings on that same page complain about that gap. I am not adding a tutorial Apple did not print.

Ice fishing. Catch bass. — bait first, then the hole

  1. The description is a long bait-and-species list (ruff, perch, carp, grass carp, and others).
  2. It frames winter lakes plus competitions against other fishermen.
  3. The card flags in-app purchases and advertising. Budget for both if you leave this site and install.
